What is a condo?

“Condominium” or “Condo” is defined as a separate ownership of single units in a multi-unit building. Condominium ownership is a legal type controlled by city, province, or country. There are other terms associated with condos such as “loft” type residence, apartments, and townhouses that can be rented, leased, or purchased.
